Julie Chen Moonves is the host of Big Brother's 22nd season which premiered on CBS August 5, 2018. Chen Moonves served as moderator as well as one of the first hosts on The Talk. She won the Daytime Emmy Award for her work. However, her true passion came when she added writer to her duties and won an Emmy for it. Her outstanding talk show also earned the host an Emmy. Between 2002 and the year 2010, Chen Moonves was the co-host for CBS News' morning weekday broadcast The Early Show. Prior to that, she was the CBS Morning News anchor and hosts of The Early Show. After 9/11 she went to Cairo to conduct an interesting and fascinating interview.
